Its vision is centered around creating an investment ecosystem that simplifies investment.

CoinSwitch Kuber has been operating in India for 15 months. Within that time of its operation, CoinSwitch Kuber declares to have become the country’s largest cryptocurrency exchange platform in terms of a total number of registered users which has hit the 10 million mark this week. The simplicity of the platform and the convenience provided by it has led to such development.

CoinSwitch Kuber was founded in 2017 by Ashish Singhal, Govind Soni, and Vimal Sagar as a global aggregator of cryptocurrency exchanges. It commenced operations in India in June last year as a crypto exchange platform.

Ashish Singhal, co-founder, and CEO, CoinSwitch Kuber stated, “We initiated CoinSwitch Kuber in India during the lockdown in June and received over 1 million users in just six months. The journey from 1 million to 10 million has taken us just 9 months. We aim to accelerate this growth by providing continued simplicity, security, the best rates and experience to our users”.

As per the platform, 7 million of the total 10 million users are active users on the platform with a monthly transaction volume of Rs15,138 crore.

Maximum involvement has been witnessed from millennials and the GenZ population. About 75% of its total users are aged between 18 and 35, while the average age is 24. The platform mostly attracted investors from over 4,000 cities across India, with almost 55% of users belonging to tier 2 and 3 cities.

CoinSwitch Kuber has educational crypto content on the platform itself, confirming that both beginner and experienced investors make informed decisions,” said Singhal.
